New Customers
If you are a newcomer to Aureo Group simply choose the products you would like prices for, submit the list and we will be in touch with prices and account details to set you up as a customer enjoying our specialist offerings at competitive prices.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We do our best to keep the latest product image on the website and update as soon as there is a change so the image you see is what you receive. However, we can’t guarantee this if there is a product design change in progress so if product packaging design is important to you please contact us prior to make sure what you see is what you get!
Your receipt will be emailed to you on completion of a purchase. If you haven’t received one for any reason please email orders@aureogroup.co.uk and we will email one to you.
f you are unsatisfied with you product for any reason or you have received the wrong product please either email orders@aureogroup.co.uk, call 01444 259659 or put a request through online and we will sort as soon as possible. Please outline the details of the issue and we’ll make sure all is sorted.
All products shown on the website are current products offered so if they are showing as out of stock please rest assured these will return to stock soon.
